1. Provide prompt and courteous problem resolution
2. Maintain relationships and open lines of communication with all clients as needed
3. Ensure proper follow through on all directives, bulletins, and schedules

5. Resolve any customer complaints in a friendly, courteous manner and advise designated manager of all serious complaints or incidences
